The Las GBrowse viewer is hosted by the Cornell Center for Advanced Computing web server
GBrowse Primer Design Tips
1. Scroll to region of interest in the selected genome
2. Select "Design PCR primers" option from Reports and Analysis pull down menu (see arrow). Click on "GO".

3. In the window that appears, highlight the region or gene of interest (see arrow).

4. Parameters can be manually set manually or default settings used. Click on "Design Primers" button at the bottom of the screen.

5. Recommended primers for amplification of the selected region will be shown.
