We are releasing a interim Pacbio assembly (Diaci v1.9) for the ACP genome that is a major improvement over the current genome (Diaci v1.1). Diaci v1.9 has 8,352 contigs compared to 161,988 contigs in the current genome assembly. It has a contig N50 of 115.8kb and does not contain any Ns. The current assembly has a scaffold N50 of 109.8kb but contains 19.3Mb of Ns. Please note that this is an interim assembly so we will not be annotating it but you can blast DNA and protein sequences to it on the citrusgreening.org website http://citrusgreening-test.sgn.cornell.edu/tools/blast?db_id=27 CITATION: Saha S, Hosmani P, Flores M, et al (2017) Using long reads, optical maps and long-range scaffolding to improve the Diaphorina citri genome. doi: 10.6084/m9.figshare.5375116.v1 https://figshare.com/articles/Using_long_reads_optical_maps_and_long-range_scaffolding_to_improve_the_Diaphorina_citri_genome/5375116
