This contains the index for the genome built using hisat2-2.1.0 with the following parameters: 
hisat2-build -p 32 Diaci_v2.0.ref.fasta Diaci_v2.0.ref.fasta

The name of the index is Diaci_v2.0.ref.fasta. The splice site was created using gffread and hisat2 scripts. Please use Dcitr_OGSv2.0.gffread.gtf.ss file during alignment as a list of known splice sites.
